cmarkova@oralhealthacrossnations.com Located in the heart of the city, the St. Paul Orphanage takes in children from the ages of 5-18 years. Run on only private donations, this orphanage strives to provide a safe environment for children to grow and develop. Most children are found on the streets of Burgas, many of them from the marginalized Gypsy population in the country. With the dedication of the orphanage staff, almost all children are able to attend college or obtain vocational training. With lacking resources, the children do not have access to medical or dental care. We have provided basic oral health education and supplies to this orphanage.
An international collaboration to better children's oral health by promoting oral health education and donating supplies to underserved areas.
